Full Bio
Moses Acosta is Senior Vice President, Global Next Generation Technology Engineering at Citi, where he has worked since March 2001, with 25+ years in enterprise technology overall. His work centers on the infrastructure that makes enterprise AI viable in production: accelerated computing, GPU and HPC platforms, liquid cooling, workload placement, hybrid cloud, governance, and operational resilience. He is an active contributing member of the Dell, HPE, Lenovo, and Cisco technology advisory councils, where platform direction gets weighed against operational reality rather than vendor slideware. Outside Citi, Moses is the founder of MoeCloud Group, an AI-native operations platform and AI solutions provider where specialized AI agents coordinate real business processes while people retain approvals, judgment, and exception handling. He architected it and governs it with tenant isolation, human oversight, authority limits, kill switches, and auditability — the same controls he would expect of any system running in production — which keeps him hands-on with AI agents, workflow automation, and cloud-native architecture rather than only advising on them. He speaks as a panelist and presenter: panels at HPE/NVIDIA and Intel/Lenovo events in New York, and volunteer technology presentations through HISPA in New Jersey school districts, introducing students to AI, infrastructure, and careers in technology. He holds Azure AI Engineer (AI-102) and GCP Compute Engine certifications. Emerging areas such as tokenization and quantum he evaluates through one practical question — what can responsibly reach production — rather than treating them as the center of the work. A proud Hispanic technology leader, Moses is at his best making complex enterprise technology understandable, practical, and worth acting on.

Speaking Topics
Each topic can be delivered as a panel contribution, fireside conversation, conference session, or workshop, and tailored to executive, engineering, or student audiences.
Enterprise AI Infrastructure & Accelerated Computing
What it actually takes to make enterprise AI viable in production: GPU and HPC platforms, power and density, liquid cooling, and the architectural decisions that determine whether AI workloads run well or run expensively. Drawn from leading next-generation compute in a large global environment.
30-45 min
Practical AI Adoption & Production Governance
The distance between a working demo and a governed production system — and how to close it. Covers approval gates, authority limits, auditability, fail-closed defaults, and how governance becomes an enabler of adoption instead of a brake on it.
30-45 min
AI Agents With Human Oversight
How specialized agents can coordinate real business processes while people keep approvals, judgment, and exception handling. Built on hands-on experience architecting and operating an AI-native operations platform, including the controls that make it safe to run.
30-45 min
Intelligent Workload Placement
Deciding where work should actually run — across on-premises, hybrid cloud, and accelerated platforms — based on performance, cost, data gravity, resiliency, and regulatory reality rather than default habit.
30-45 min
Infrastructure Resilience & Operational Execution
Resilience is an operating discipline, not a diagram. A practical look at how large environments stay dependable under change: platform choices grounded in operational reality, controls that hold up under pressure, and the execution habits that separate plans from outcomes.
30-45 min
Translating Emerging Technology Into Responsible Enterprise Outcomes
How to separate durable shifts from noise. Emerging areas — including tokenization and quantum — are examined through a single practical question: what can responsibly reach production, and what still belongs in evaluation?
30-45 min
Career Development & Technology Leadership
A candid view of building a long technology career and staying technical while leading: maintaining credibility, keeping your hands on the work, and the disciplined execution that separates ideas from shipped systems. Adapted for professional audiences or students.
20-45 min
